This is our entry level defensive handgun training course. This course should be considered a minimum for anyone who owns and/or carries a handgun for defensive purposes.

Topics Covered: Defensive stance, grip, draw, sight alignment, trigger control, follow through, emergency reloads, tactical reloads and managing malfunctions, firing positions: CQB, compressed & low ready.

Required Equipment: Eye and ear protection, functional handgun with a minimum of 3 magazines, sturdy belt, strong side belt holster, magazine pouch and 300 rounds of factory ammunition.

Prerequisites: Students must posses a valid ccw or state issued pistol license and should be familiar with the operational function of their handgun and understand the legalities of lawful use of force.

Class size is limited to 12 students
